Maintenance

  • Periodical Servicing

Maintenance can generally be categorise three ways:

  • When it's broke, fix it
  • Manufacturer's recommendations
  • A balance between these two extremes

Our preventative maintenance program is geared towards the prudent
management of our client's resources.  This takes into consideration the capital purchase price of equipment, Repair & Maintenance costs and the reliability of the equipment needed for continuous service delivery.  We have documented
service histories of sites which prove our maintenance strategies will save you money over the life of your equipment.

Our Computerised Maintenance Management System tracks "whole of life"
Service histories on plant & equipment, enabling comprehensive reporting.  This electronic database stores the service history of all the plants we service.  Equipment inventories, condition reports and work order tracking are totally integrated within the system--ensuring a complete service.

We recommend a service schedule which may include monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly visits.  This varies depending on the size and sophistication of your plant & equipment as well as any other technical expertise you may have.

  • Breakdowns

Our preventative maintenance program is geared towards minimising the need for after hours calls and costly breakdowns.

In the event that you do need us for a breakdown, Service Agreement Holders receive a priority response from our operations centre.  With one phone number you can contact us 24 hours, 7 days a week.
