Our asset condition reports are designed as "Stand Alone" documents, in that the financial amounts reports are what we recommend should be spent, regardless of who is doing the work.

This offers you an opportunity to obtain an unbiased, equipment supplier independent view of how much you should be spending to maintain your plant and equipment, and when it will be finanically prudent to replace it.
