Our telephone support begins with a phone call to the Roejen Operations Desk (03 9570 8233) (diverted to the message service in the case of an after hours Issue--this will be responded to by the on-call technician).
Our help desk phone support is often all that is required to get things back on track. Breakdowns for something you can fix yourself can be expensive -- a 5 minute fix costs us a lot in unbilled travel, and costs you a lot in our fees. Nobody wins.
To avoid this Roejen's help desk is manned by experienced staff, capable of assisting you to fault diagnose over the phone before necessarily sending somebody out.
Breakdown response is always given priority over programmed maintenance or servicing, and our customers appreciate that sometimes a service will be interrupted so that a "mission critical" breakdown can be addressed. Our client base is spread right across Victoria and New South Wales, and we are confident our response times will be hard to beat.
